So, I absolutely fell off the wagon, more like I drove it off a bridge and it shattered into a million pieces. Backstory: had surgery around Thanksgiving. Physical restrictions and recovery had me eating way off plan. Problem is, I’ve tried to put the shredded pieces of the wagon together and keep dropping all the pieces. Any suggestions on how to phase back on? I’m up 20# and do not want to blow all the hard work from last year. Is there any simple menu/plan to guide me back on track? Open to all suggestions

Don't phase on, just start eating %100 protocol now. I just did yesterday after screwing around for a couple weeks. You can do it but you have to be determined to stick to it!

I just blew a whole week off plan - I’ve gained back 11 pounds. IN A WEEK. I’ve fallen off and gotten back on so many times. I always get back on successfully and I have more weight loss than gain. So here’s what I know: you must forgive yourself for the dalliance. We’re human. We mess up. Once you do that, make a simple plan for three days worth of eating. Make sure you have what you need in the house. Three days is doable. Then on the third day, plan another three days. Then a week. Small timelines is what helps me. I hope you find something that helps you. We are all capable. You can totally do this.

Remember the first day you started the plan and how determined you were to do it? You just put your head around it and you knew that you were going to do it. You can do that again. You have it Within You Without A Doubt!

It’s okay. Get out your sheet, review, plan, and prep. we all make mistakes, get back up on that wagon!

Thank you everyone! Needed that pep talk. I’m approaching a day at a time. Today I have a plan laid out and already set for tomorrow ☺️
