Did anyone switch from ideal protein to an alternative IP products midstream phase 1 or did you slowly transition, go off and restart? Does it matter? Does anyone do yoga or barre during phase 1? Can you do it if you add a food packet (four per day instead of three)? I really need to exercise and my new gym is opening. I’m two months away from realistic goal and I’m either transitioning off next week to start diet and exercise or need to find a way to add light exercise. I’m down 19 pounds since January 5. Really want another 20. Dream about another 30. My former coach allowed none of that and definitely no cardio. Of course, I’m so out of shape light yoga is like cardio for me. Thoughts?
