GLUTEN FREE (always check labels to be sure) ALWAYS check labels to ensure items meet your health requirements and fit IPA guidelines. Formulas can change without warning so always check for yourself. In some products only certain items are "free" of these specific items. A number of Proti Diet products were reformulated gf (Nashua Nutrition in US and Ideal Wellness Humboldt in Canada carry them) Shakes Quest powders Apollo shakes by Unico (gluten free, caffeine free) Premiere Protein (drink 3/4 since a bit too high in protein) Choc-o-rite (gluten free) Nutracelle protein powders are (gluten and nut free) Evolution line of products Vega (soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Looking for Femme shake powder Jay Robb protein powders Garden of Life Raw Organic powder (Vegan, soy free, dairy free, gluten free) Renew Life Skinny Gut (Vegan, soy, dairy, gluten free) Raw Fusion (Vegan, soy, dairy, gluten free) Sun Warrior - Warrior Blend shake (vegan, soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Trader Joes sells a pea protein powder Designer Protein (Amazon; soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Bodylogix Natural Whey protein powder (no artificial ingredients, gluten free, vegetarian, reduced lactose, Stevia) Tera's Whey (non GMO, organic, gluten free, Stevia) Iconic ready made ( soy/whey/lactose free, Stevia, gluten free) Burts Bees Daily Protein (soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free, organic) Purely Inspired (organic, vegan, gluten free, soy and dairy free, non gmo) Bars Sam's Club Members Mark Protein Bars (check -all may not fit) Smart for Life bars D's Naturals No Cow bars (vegan, soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Fitmiss Delight bars Pure Protein Oatmega Simply Protein bars Muscle Milk bars (not all fit) Built bars (no soy, no nuts, gluten free) Chips Kay's Naturals chips, crisps, etc. ( check label - not all) Quest Protes Simply Protein chips (vegan, soy free, gluten free) Fit Crunch Protein Puffs (soy free, non-GMO) Optimum Nutrition Protein Ridges (soy free, gluten free) multiple flavors

LACTOSE/WHEY FREE (always check labels to be sure) ALWAYS check labels to ensure items meet your health requirements and fit IPA guidelines. Formulas can change without warning so always check for yourself. In some products only certain items are "free" of these specific items. NOTE ON WHEY/MILK PROTEINS If a product contains milk protein, it does not mean someone who is lactose intolerant will have a problem with it. Lactose is milk sugar, not a milk protein. Bars D's Natural Bars/No Cow Bars Simply Bars (some) Nugo bars (some) Fitmiss (Canada) Shakes Vega (soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Garden of Life Jay Robb protein powders Sun Warrior Raw Fusion (Vegan, soy, dairy, gluten free) Renew Life Skinny Gut (Vegan, soy, dairy, gluten free) Orgain Organic powder (vegan, soy free, dairy free, Sucralose free) Sun Warrior - Warrior Blend shake (vegan, soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free) Trader Joes sells a pea protein powder Iconic ready made ( soy/whey/lactose free, Stevia, gluten free) Burts Bees Daily Protein (soy free, dairy free, gluten free, Sucralose free, organic) Purely Inspired (organic, vegan, gluten free, soy and dairy free, non gmo) Also Google "plant based protein shakes" or "pea protein shakes". Be SURE to use the guidelines to check them. Chips Simply Protein chips (vegan, soy free, gluten free) Manage

@implosive467 Hendrick Scanlon I believe only the chocolate is gluten free. However, all of the Evolve protein powders are RESTRICTED - one serving per day. Even cutting the serving size to 3/4, the carb content makes them restricted.

People seem to like quest. I haven’t tried it. This AM I used my Vega Sport Vanilla and I like it (3/4 scoop to be unrestricted).

Vega! It’s one of the “cleaner” shakes out there. mix a scoop of “Vega vanilla protein and greens” with ice and cold coffee, blend— thats breakfast!

Quest chocolate. make it with coffee and it’s amazing! Even if you make it with less water so it’s thick, it has a milkshake flavor!
