@footrope I have never ordered from Nashua nutrition are their shakes just as good as the chocolate shakes with IP?

@lucinalucinda I have never ordered shakes. Some think the Proti Diet ones are similar to IP.

NASHUA NUTRITION (For US; shipping to Canada can be costly) My preferences, favorites and notes are in the file noted below. I buy from Nashua Nutrition (best for US orders) so I can have more variety than just shakes, bars and some chips available at local stores. Best brands for being compatible with IPA are: Proti Diet, Proti Thin, HealthSmart, Quest, Kay's Naturals and Weight Loss Systems. I order soups, puddings, pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, cakes, chips, fruit drinks, chili, pasta, jello, pretzels, etc as well as bars and shakes. I have a document in the files called IPA Compatible Products I Buy From Nashua. It has lots of detailed info and comments on my favorite products. It is helpful for some ideas to get you started. I included brands, products, comments and notes on everything I ordered including which are restricted as well as some tips on a few things you can buy locally too. Nashua now labels foods as IPA Unrestricted and IPA restricted. They use our CORRECT GUIDELINES. You can look items up this way in the Category section of the website menu. HOWEVER, formulas can change without warning, so ALWAYS REMEMBER to check any product you are considering buying against the nutritional guidelines in the files, Nutritional Guidelines for Choosing Alternative Products. No brand makes all products that fit IP so you will need to verify each one. (The ones on the list of products I buy from Nashua are all IP friendly! )  Also note many of these items are also available on Amazon. Also be sure to get our file Sources for BUYING Alternative Products (US or Canada documents) for additional ideas.

No problem finding alternative shakes and bars. I’m personally not going into any stores, so fresh produce is an issue. I was able to get chicken and frozen veggies, plus fresh celery, lettuce, cabbage delivered by grocery delivery service. Any type of beef was unavailable. (I lucked out getting a time slot Mar 22 for delivery. That’s how bad it is in NY)

I'm ok here (south east GA). Luckily we are warm 80% of the year and have a local farm stand that is fully stocked with fresh produce so it eliminates the need to go to the store except for when I need my meats. My freezer is stocked for about a month or so.

No issues here. Fresh/frozen veg are both pretty well stocked now that the vacationers and spring breakers are gone. I ordered meat from steakchop. com. Tons of protein powder, bars, etc. available.

I am. But have adjusted what I eat to what's available. My store has been cleaned out of frozen veggies since the beginning of March.

Not yet. But I’ve stocked up on two months worth of packets and bars. I buy veggies and meat as I need them. but can only buy that once a week or so
