I was down to 120lbs on IP 2 years ago , now I’m scared to get on the scale . I’ve gained in all the wrong places . I’m going to lose it Starting Today . I still have a few IP soups , chili, oatmeal . I’ve been gathering other foods , GNC protein bars , salted caramel protein powder ( for pancakes & waffles) quest protein chips . Ordering today from Nashua Nutrition , blueberry mug cake, health smart pudding/ shake , cinnamon cereal, & pretzel twists . What else can I order or buy .? Or frig is stocked w/ veggie of all kind . I know how to do this JUST GOTTA DO IT !
