I was down to 120lbs on IP 2 years ago , now I’m scared to get on the scale . I’ve gained in all the wrong places . I’m going to lose it Starting Today .  I still have a few IP soups , chili, oatmeal . I’ve been gathering other foods , GNC protein bars , salted caramel protein powder ( for pancakes & waffles) quest protein chips . Ordering today from Nashua Nutrition , blueberry mug cake, health smart pudding/ shake , cinnamon cereal, & pretzel twists . What else can I order or buy .? Or frig is stocked w/ veggie of all kind . I know how to do this JUST GOTTA DO IT !

Same boat as you i am restarting tomorrow about 2 years ago I lost 100 on IPA and gained most of it back. it happens but we did it before we can do it again! :) i made a facebook group chat for people starting this week if you want added for more accountability

I am similar, except I didn't make it to my goal weight on IP. After they switched my coaches, I struggled for over a year (and only lost 10 lbs during that time). While I was still struggling and still trying, but not getting the help I needed with my coach, they kicked me out of the program I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars in - almost 2 years and most of my weight I lost (67#) in the first 7 months. They had explained at the beginning that I shouldn't plateau and if I do, they would begin lab work to see what's going on with my body. but instead of that, they kicked me out of the program - with no weaning or Phasing off information. I regained what I lost and a little bit more too. I RESTARTED on Monday of this week with the products that I have. After a certain weight last week, I wouldn't get on the scale either, so I absolutely understand where you are at. Every single day I keep reminding myself that NOW every day is moving in the direction that I decide. My intent is to feel better and be more healthy for my kids and for myself - because I want to feel better and have more energy! I would like to say also that I am interested in creating more activities at home for myself - rather than eating, right? I am SUPER excited to find this group!

@lalapalooza no coach can do this for us. Since you have been through a couple of different coaches, maybe doing this all alone is the self-accountability you need! Good luck!

I love Nashua nutrition Aloha mango shake and Strawberry banana shake. I put two scoops collagen peptide 3 pieces ice and cup of water in my ninja blender and its awesome!

This time as I started I put no definate weight or end. I seriously wanted to lose my menopause pot and feel better. Slow and steady and do it for me. It's been a totally different healing process. I hope you are able to have this be a healing time for you.
