I need some recommendation . My journey started 5 years ago and lost 65 lbs I never did phase off the diet but have continued taking the IP foods but have not been on protocol for the last 2 years . I have tried over and over again and feel like my body is not allowing be to loose more than 5lbs I am extremely frustrated the clinic here has gone through so many different coaches I am not getting what I am needing . should I just stop taking all IP products for a certain length of time and give myself a break and scared I will gain all my weight back or is something I can do to get a jump start again ?
I need some recommendation .

If you haven’t been following the protocol, that’s why you’re not losing weight. 100% protocol = 100% success.

If I were going to guess, I'd guess you're afflicted like so many here: You have a good first week (or two), you see a 5-7 pound loss and then you start getting a little lax and letting little thing creep in that impacts your losses. The only cure is to "get tough" with yourself and fully commit, if that's what you really want. If you haven't been on protocol, though, that's the biggest problem. You can't trick this program; if you go at it halfway, it doesn't work. But, only you can make the determination whether you're really fed up enough to give it your complete dedication.

So you have kept the weight off? Thats great! I would recommend checking out a low carb diet with regular food. Its the sugar you have to keep out of the diet Lots of veggies/plants. Just count your carbs. Weigh yourself a couple times a week if it goes up more than you like then you know you have to reduce the amount of carbs you are eating. Do you need the accountability of seeing a coach?
