Yes! Start with Walden Farm strawberry syrup, add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper (listed most to least). Delicious!

@pretty78226 never thought about doing that!

@pretty78226 thank you. May I use this on phase 1. I forgot to mention that.

@raggletaggle25659 Yes. If it's in the group, you may safely assume it is permissible for Phase 1. Admins try to catch off-protocol suggestions and either recorrect or delete.

Heather, ok will look in the files. You mean on this website? I haven’t been on in a long time but decided with time on my hands let’s get down to business. Thanks all for your help

@raggletaggle25659 yes on this page under the Files section. I printed it out and keep it in the kitchen for quick reference. Each recipe makes alot of dressing so I put it in a mason jar. Rule of thumb keep in fridge for 4 - 5 days.

@raggletaggle25659 also if it's been awhile some things were updated. I would take time to read through all the files.

@mclyman I just looked for that in the files and didn’t see it. Do you recall what the title of the document is? Thanks.

@fango Thank you, I found it. For some reason it wasn’t there the first time I went through the files.

I use the different Grapeseed Oil and Vinegars by Perel Cuisine. I ordered directly from their website. My favorites are the Basil & Garlic grape seed oil and the Late Harvest vinegar
