Yes! Start with Walden Farm strawberry syrup, add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper (listed most to least). Delicious!

Yes. If it's in the group, you may safely assume it is permissible for Phase 1. Admins try to catch off-protocol suggestions and either recorrect or delete.

yes on this page under the Files section. I printed it out and keep it in the kitchen for quick reference. Each recipe makes alot of dressing so I put it in a mason jar. Rule of thumb keep in fridge for 4 - 5 days.

I use the different Grapeseed Oil and Vinegars by Perel Cuisine. I ordered directly from their website. My favorites are the Basil & Garlic grape seed oil and the Late Harvest vinegar
