So mushrooms are unlimited and so are radishes but it says raw. Is it ok to put them in the oven and dry them out as unlimited ?

Once you cook them, they no longer become unlimited.

@corrincorrina so I like to slice radishes dry them at 400 in the oven and put garlic and onion and a little salt. It’s like a chip then. Do you think it would really change over to a sugar base ? I also question doing that with mushrooms would it have an effect ? Thoughts?

You could weigh, measure and dry them out and have them as a snack, but they would count toward daily veggie allotment.
