I’m looking for a good keto broccoli Salud recipe. I tried one with broccoli, onion, mayonnaise, bacon, cider vinegar, and keto friendly syrup. The syrup was awful! It was very strong tasting. Any ideas?

I do broccoli, sharp cheddar (white), half may half sour cream, dill weed, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, sunflower seeds (if I have them), everything seasoning. Sometimes I add chicken too or bacon.

I make this same recipe and just omit sugar of any kind. Still very good.

@sure That’s what my husband said to try. I kind of like using the spicy mustard from the above recipe instead too. I’m going to try it without and then add the mustard if needed today.

Syrup in broccoli salad? Eww. I've never heard of doing that.

@tun584 I had not either. It replaces the sugar. I didn’t want to use Splenda because of the aftertaste. It goes in the mayonnaise mix so it all turns to a liquid mix anyway.

@tun584 Oh it is delicious but we gave up sugar so I was trying to make it without it. It was one of those hard to give up dishes.

I do broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon, and shredded cheddar. For the sauce I mix mayo, vinegar, and a couple packets of stevia leaf and monkfruit sweetner
