Ok so it’s going to take a bit for your body’s metabolism to change over. Also, did you set up your macros?

Your body needs to adjust. It is beginning to heal from all the inflammatory foods that were being put into it. Give it more time. Your body will thank you for it. In the mean time, look for non scale changes. How is your skin? How are your clothes fitting? That kind of thing.

Trust the process. It does work. We all don’t put weight on overnight. It certainly doesn’t come off overnight either.

Hang in there. I’ve lost so much in 3 months. I’m currently trying to gain a few pounds back! Try fasting every other day.

If you are eating strict you should be losing some water weight by now. but after that your body gets to a stand still till you get fat adapted. please do not start fasting or over drinking water. make sure you are taking electrolytes. also be careful working out while you you are converting over. small walks are fine.
