Hi moms!  I’ve tried Meijer, Shipt with no luck.Hi moms! I’ve tried Meijer, Shipt with no luck. My husband and I are immune compromised and I have been the one running to the grocery but no longer feel safe doing so. Are there any local moms/college students who are doing this? I hate to compromise someone else, but I’m just trying to get a seder together for Friday! If not, I TOTALLY understand.

The Islamic Center of Naperville emailed us that they were delivering groceries for folks who needed it! They have a ton of services going right now, just give them a call. Wonderful people

I know it’s a pain, but have your shipt cart full online and just keep refreshing your screen throughout the day. I’ve done that a couple times and I’ll randomly get a delivery window. You have to check out immediately though or it could go away. Hope that helps.

We can help! I have a 16yo who drives and has been doing this for an older couple in our Jewish community. I may even have things in my own home for your Seder. We did ours last night. Send me a PM if you want to chat.

Your best bet is to possibly pay someone to do your grocery shopping for you. This is not going to go away anytime soon and if you have one person you can trust to do that for you that might be the better bet.

I agree! I wasn't able to get a slot last night at 8. I went on a Mom group and searched information regarding Shipt. Many suggested to check at specific times, such as 10ish, to even real early in the morning at 4-5 am. I went back and signed in at 10:30 and a slot popped up for today. If you still are willing to wait and try, I would suggest "shopping, " and filling your cart. Then checking every hour to see if a slot pops up. And, again, you may have the most success late at night for a time slot. :)

I ordered yesterday from marianos using instacart and delievery is on its way now!
