Try rubbing alcohol. It takes it out of leather. the alcohol dissolves ink so make sure you have a paper towel underneath the fabric too.

Yes, use rubbing alcohol. Be aware that it may fade the khaki a tiny bit, nothing too noticeable.

Hair spray? I’ve used that to get ink out before, not specifically red ink but it might work.

Pour milk on it and let it soak, then throw it in the wash!
