Question

Does anyone have scrap wood. Old fencing they are throwing out. Wood or wire or metal. Misc dog kennel panels or things of the nature they want to scrap? I rescue animals and am in need of towels. Blankets. Dog and cat supplies. News papers. If you have these things lying around we could sure use them. If not. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

@papilionaceous I am independent. I am the go between. The driver. The take in from horrible situations. I transport for rescues in the area and take in what they won’t. I have older dogs and dogs with cancer. I have had litters and worked with rescues to get them in and out. I help kane county hold animals until they can find their owners or homes. I can’t say how many times I’ve been woken up at four am by a sheriff cause someone’s horse got lose and they have no place to take it to.

I have a bunch of 2x10 treated wood after we tore our deck out. They are a little wet and dirty, nothing a pressure washer wouldn't fix. I'm located in North wheaton/Carol stream area if interested

I have 4 large pieces (maybe 6 inches by 10 feet) brand new that were extra from a deck. They could be cut and used for many things and you are welcome to them if you have a way to pick up. Bless you for helping these animals!

I have a treated bridge that my husband made for riding in Girl Scouts you can have if yo'd like? It's heavy though and about 6 feet long.
