Sleep question!  My 4 year old son has almost always been a 7pm-7am sleeper (yay!Sleep question! My 4 year old son has almost always been a 7pm-7am sleeper (yay! ) Since this quarantine and our lives drastically changing, each week he gets up earlier and earlier. He’s been waking up right at 6am (sometimes earlier) and is bouncing down the hallway “ready to start the day mommy! ” This isn’t THAT early I realize, but when you have nowhere to go and nothing to do- it seems earlier than necessary. Not to mention he wakes up his sister with his noise. We tried the ok-to wake clock and he just doesn’t care anymore. He actually asked me why it doesn’t turn green anymore (because it’s so early dude! ) and we’ve talked to him about walking quieter in the hallway, not slamming his door open, we’ve tried a later bedtime - I’m under no delusions that I’ll get him to start sleeping later, I know I can’t force that. Just looking for any systems you have in place for early risers in your house? Is there a rule they have to stay in their room until a specific time? How do you enforce rules/expectations with little kids who are waking up the entire house at an early hour? Thank you!
