Question

Just placed an order through Meijer for pick up. There was no tip spot. Anyone know if I'm able to tip after or if they are allowed to take cash? It was direct through meijers website.

Their orders are done by shipt. Once you get an email that it’s ready you can tip then. I had a really bad experience with them just last month at meijer tipped the girl VERY generously and never got my stuff. I suggest you don’t too until it’s loaded in your car.

Yes after 2 hours on the phone  both with meijer and shoot and being tossed back and forth between the two. Honestly I will never use it again  when I ordered I thought it was like target and an employee picked it. I had to take my 5 year old into the store (single parent over here which is the WHOLE reason I ordered online so I didn’t have to take her in) when I got in the lady at customer service told me to go to the other meijer . down the st. first off that’s not down the st it takes a min. And then she told me she can’t do anything for me. I was very upset to say the least The whole extreme actually made me never want to shop at meijer again and that’s where I do my major shopping trips at.

You can tip after you pick up. Or you can tip with cash.

You'll be notified on the website after you pick up your groceries and will be given the option to rate and tip your shopper. Another option is to leave a cash tip in the trunk for them to grab when they load your groceries. I've done both.
