Also, you can create your own. 5min warmup, then for your workout alternate weights with cardio. 1 min weights, 40 sec cardio. 20 to 30 min total. Legs one day, upper body and abs another day. Weighted squats, lunges, deadlifts, bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep extensions. Cardio can be jacks, squat jump, burpees, mountain climbers etc. Good luck girl!
