My son works at an essential job and has pre existing conditions. Any masks? Please help

Let me see if i can find an n95 mask. My husband mentioned we had 1-2 in our basement somewhere from forever ago when we did our floors. They are extra that were not used. Mu basement is a disaster hence why I haven’t looked yet. But I’ll definitely try for u to find it and get back to u!

@mcelhaney685 god bless you and your family! I’m in the middle of an overhaul of my house. It’s been bananas, previous owners were very old and let it go to shit, i thought it was just cosmetic but it’s been taxing to say the least. So much mold removal and remediation has been done. Ugh, and I’m beyond allergic. Hence why I’m compromised. I’ve been so ill for so long. Anyway, I’m only telling you this so no one thinks I’m hoarding the other 2 masks I literally found because of @naquin4075 kicking me in the butt to look for them.

@phlyctena50 I think holding on to 2 masks is absolutely acceptable. I’ve ordered some N99 electronic reusable face masks from a small start-up company that I know the owner of, but I won’t have them for at least a couple of weeks. If you end up needing one, let me know.

@mcelhaney685 I don’t need it, but thank you for the offer, really. Very generous of you. I’m thinking maybe I should give my other one to a doctor at the ER. Realistically i really only need the one. Just in case someone falls ill in my house that one person can care for them with the mask. This whole conversation is insane, right?! Who would have thought we’d be talking like this, it’s craziness

He has seizures, I have COPD and immune disorder. I don’t have enough antibodies to fight off pneumonia. Your generosity very well could have saved lives today. Thank you so very much! Google how to turn a bandana into a face mask. It is supposed to take at least 67% effective if done correctly.

Do you know its almost impossible to get through to unemployment? I heard a young woman say it takes 12 weeks to get a check. Anybody hear differently?

Does the job is more essential than his health and life? At least the owner (who makes profit) has to provide masks and gloves at work.
