So she has been potty trained over a year, this past week she has decided to go pee in her pants 2-3x a day, the last 7 days. Has anyone experienced this before? What are possible causes? No big changes or moves happened, doesn’t say her peepee hurts Do we need to get a hourly schedule again?

Maybe go to the schedule. But even without pain, I would worry about potential UTI.

@cockayne thanks, we were talking about possibly taking her to the doctor

Regression is normal, maybe doctor visit is in order to rule anything out, but regression is normal. Go back to the basics

There is nothing wrong with her maybe you can watch her liquid intake, or at least not give her so much, and really, not trying to be smart but sometimes you can remind her she has big girl underwear and see how that works, I did that for my grand girls , and it helped. good luck she will be just fine

Regression is common! Is just take her every 1-2 hours again.
