I thought today was supposed to be a lucky day. So I had a minor crash and one of the car seat's buckle kind of got messed up (meaning it opens easily now) I was told it was a minor accident so I didn't need to replace the car seats but I do! . Is that something I have to file with the insurance or is it better just to buy it out of pocket?
