In the spirit of cutting down unnecessary food expenses I decided to get in shape as well! I have used meal/calorie tracking apps in the past, but I just couldn’t seem to stick to using them. So I was wondering if any of you binder-loving people had any good worksheets, where you can keep a daily/weekly food log. I was thinking of sticking it into my budget binder, since I use it so much and seeing the sheet all the time will keep me motivated! Maybe some of you use any good meal/calorie tracking journals? I’d love to hear any recommendations/opinions that you guys have!
