I'm so confused by EDD. I certified online for 2 weeks and then today i got a letter in the mail asking me to certify for the same 2 weeks. No payment yet. Is this how it is with everyone else or is it just me? In California

So I just got my annual escrow review for 2020 and it says I’m getting a check back of about $1300 Now I know why that is, as I switched my house insurance midway through the yr and saved about that much.
