Question

Has anyone received any refunds from planned school trips that were cancelled? Still waiting on ours from my daughters Disney trip with her choir through Guardian Travel. My daughter said she heard some have gotten refunds, I have yet to hear back from anyone I’ve called or emailed and hoping to atleast hear something soon.

We just got our refund from guardian for my son's trip, but not the full amount

@rochelrochell ok well that’s good, did they send you an email letting you know it was coming or did you keep checking your account? I know we are losing our deposit and something else, don’t know what but the school gave us the dollar amount we should be getting back. I hope they refunded that amount to you.

They refunded about 70% back. We got an email from guardian saying it would be deposited in 5-10 business days to whatever account you paid with.

Our trip was arranged with Bob Rogers travel. I got an email yesterday that the check is being processed.
