I need some help.  we have reached a point that we need an nanny/assistant Monday-Friday for a few hours each day to help with different household items, starting homework with our kids and possibly meal preparation.I need some help. we have reached a point that we need an nanny/assistant Monday-Friday for a few hours each day to help with different household items, starting homework with our kids and possibly meal preparation. My husband and I both work crazy hours and both kids have activities so we need help (it takes a village). Does anyone have anything like this and how did you go about finding someone?

Care. com has a lot of options. I was surprised by the amount and variety of nannies available in our area. I’m sure you could find a great match. You have to pay a fee up front to use the service but once you find somebody, you can cancel your membership.

@ombre, is a personal friend for many many years. She has worked in the school district for as long as I can remember. She is wonderful with children
