I have already contacted Ring support. I want to change my Plus plan from monthly billing, to annual billing. I went to my account (through the website), and could not figure out how to do it. I sent an email to Ring, I felt like I just got an automated response walking me through the steps, which I had already tried. So I contacted Ring through the Chat. She tells me to just go to "My Plans" and choose "Upgrade". There is no "Upgrade" button! So my first question. why is this simple request so hard? Second question, why is their instructions, that has been given to the support department to give out, WRONG? Third question. why can't the support department do it for me at my request? So evidently the only way I can accomplish this simple task, is to cancel my membership, and re-enroll with annual billing. They say that will not effect my saved videos or my monitoring service, but it makes me nervous. End rant
