I have already contacted Ring support. I want to change my Plus plan from monthly billing, to annual billing. I went to my account (through the website), and could not figure out how to do it. I sent an email to Ring, I felt like I just got an automated response walking me through the steps, which I had already tried. So I contacted Ring through the Chat. She tells me to just go to "My Plans" and choose "Upgrade". There is no "Upgrade" button! So my first question. why is this simple request so hard? Second question, why is their instructions, that has been given to the support department to give out, WRONG? Third question. why can't the support department do it for me at my request? So evidently the only way I can accomplish this simple task, is to cancel my membership, and re-enroll with annual billing. They say that will not effect my saved videos or my monitoring service, but it makes me nervous. End rant
I have already contacted Ring support.

Support cannot do it because they can not work with your credit card. If you call billing and you have a CC saved on file they totally can do it. If you login to your ring account on their website it’s very easy to change.

@wittol again, I went through the website, there was no option to do it there. Followed all the steps that support told me to do.

I would let Ring help you change this, to make sure you get credit for having a plan from the beginning.

Your videos will be fine, or I should say my videos were fine. I do remember that it was a bit of an odd change and I believe it was as simple as switching from paying month to month to paying all at once.

I have had a few instances to call. I had very positive experiences with level one in the US. Since going to India not so much. I had them feed me blatant crap I knew was wrong and confirmed once I got bumped to US based level 2.
