So I just received my new system yesterday (purchased directly through Ring) and we also included a GE Smart Switch wall switch. I can’t figure out how to connect the GE Smart Switch at all. It was sold by Ring, so I don’t understand why I cannot find anything in HELP on how to do it! I assumed it would connect via the Ring base and work with the Ring app. There is also no QR code to scan like with the sensors, keypads etc, and when I try to add it manually, there’s not even any Smart Switches listed? I only see the deadbolts. Can anyone help?

Try going to Set up Security Device and then scroll to the bottom and select "compatible with Ring", not sure if it works but that's what I'd try.

Look under “Security Devices”. There’s a “Works with Ring” option.  
The Ring Home Security Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about smart home security with the Ring doorbell, alarm, and cameras.
