Question

It appears simple commands ring interface is no longer working for the alarm system. SC support is not returning email. Anyone else notice this? Related to security breach? No 2 factor support? I always felt unease about sharing login credentials with 3rd party apps that weren’t Ring or Amazon.

Delete the app, reinstall the app, set up the routines in S. C. again. Has worked for me 100% of the time.
