Has anyone had any issues with live video on the rapid ring? All I get is a white screen but it shows in the main app that I was watching live video

@frankiefrankincense I'm running a Ubiquiti Unifi 802. 11ac PRO Access Point. It's about 20 ft from the the entrance where the ring is located my issue isn't wifi as the main ring app works fine
