I have had a delay issue with my ring. first i was told that i should buy the wi fi extender. well $50 later I still have a delay issue. this time i was asked to download rapid ring. now i have to sign in to access my ring, then I am missing the history icon as well as neighbor icon. nor can i seem to access earlier ring motions or doorbells. how is this an improvement?

I think what @julieannjulien96 means is a whole house router system like Orbi or Ero.

I’m in this predicament also. I’ve looked into the Orbi and Eero. I will probably end up with one of them

Your history is on your original Ring app. The Rapid Ring is only for live viewing for faster connection. Click on notification when it first shows on your phone.

@hogue what you are looking for is called a mesh system. If you look online and at sams or Costco possibly Lowe’s or Home Depot. As the new systems come out the heavily discount the old ones. Everyone has their favorite but for your needs probably whichever is on sale will work. That is what I did. The difference is unbelievable it will actually have the ring video on the app loading in a few seconds instead of a few minutes. What are you calling microwave Internet. Is that a satellite dish system or an Antenna that is aligned with a microwave tower.
