Struggling to update my firmware for one of my floodlight camera. It says firmware is up to date on ring app but when i contacted ring they said my firmware is not. How stupid is it? Reset my device and no luck. I asked for a replacement and they agreeded. My Device is 2 years old now. For some reason the picture quality is not as good as before anymore.
