Question

Does anyone know how to update my address in Neighbors? I only use the ring app and my address is correct there. Not sure why it says something different for the neighbors part.

Don't bother. I've been trying to get it fixed for over 2 years. I just have to change my area in neighbors to actually be where I am. I've deleted my address at least 4-5 times working with Ring and it's all been fruitless. I've chalked it up to the neighbors app being "blah". Just re-draw your map to fit the area you want covered and alerted about.

I have the same issue with the address. Neighbors app shows completely different address than actual. There’s no way to correct it. Ring helpdesk can’t even figure out why.

From what I read from previous post about this the only way to fix it is for you to move to where the app shows your location.
