Hi Just changed network provider so trying to update my spotlight cam. Its been working fine but now wont go into set up mode. Tried several fully charged batteries and the hard Re set but still can’t get the lights to flash on the bottom. Tried to contact ring support without any luck. Ive even left it over night without batteries in the hope that may help but nothing Any ideas?

Make your SSID and password the same as the old provider is the easier way.

Charge the battery to 100%. Factory reset by holding the reset for at least 35 seconds. As @shorts said, use the same exact SSID (network name) and WiFi password that you had on the old network router, and it should work.

Just curious but wouldn't a factory reset remove all user entered data including SSID and password? If not Then it must be something other than a factory reset.
