Ring Doorbell 2 and Spotlight Cam installed at an elderly relative’s house showing battery charges of approx’ 40% (RD), and 100% + 60% (SC). Spotlight Cam went offline for 3-4 days, we rebooted the router when we visited, and the SC came back with around 18% in each battery. Could this have been the SC trying to constantly reconnect? Weirdly the Doorbell charge also reappeared after reboot at 9%. Like some kind of mega power drain across all devices. Any ideas welcome as we’re keen this doesn’t happen again?
