Plagued suddenly by random lights offline/online all day and night sending me nonstop notifications. Tried resetting individual pathlights with some success only to start going offline again a few days later. Unplugged the bridge and moved it to a different location. Everything is only a couple months old so batteries shouldn’t be weak. Signal strength from bridge to base and bridge to the other lights in the same place is good. What else can I do to fix? Thanks!

Try rebooting bridge

@niles you want to reset it or put back in setup mode? Try rebooting first

@georgiannegeorgic I reset it when I moved it to a different room, and that didn’t solve. Now tapped the little button on the bridge for less than a second which seemed to reboot it. Still seeing some lights remain offline.

@niles maybe a bad location. I put mine inside garage it seemed to be sweet spot and I have over 15 ring lights and I’ll work great now since I moved it

Similar problem for the last week. Just one floodlight wired. The other one that is 5 ft from it is solid.

Bridge doesn't cover 1000 feet, had same problem had to move lights closer to house. RING needs to zone the bridges so you can use on different areas. RING needs to recognize their short falls in their system.

Now a different set of lights are doing this while the first set are working again, this is completely maddening!
