Thanks for all who helped me with my camera problem the other day. It was greatly appreciated. I think I found somewhat the problem and I stand in need of my help.  the camera that is not working is connected to my new WiFi mesh system. It’s showing 0 in both categories that is making me think it’s not sending a signal to the camera. What am I doing wrong? I’m using a Deco M4 System

I’m assuming that just showing current bandwidth, open a live feed up and see what it says.

Click the little gear in the upper right of your second screenshot it’ll show you more info. the download upload fluctuates based on real time usage
