I have 3 battery stick up cams and 2 indoor plug in cams. The 2 indoor cams work great and I can pull up the live feed every time I want. The 3 battery stick up cams don’t always show live view. I’ve been fighting this all week and it’s getting very frustrating. I really want these to work but I’m about to give up and return them all. Anyone have any suggestions?

My experience is to delete the device and add it back. 2nd thought is wifi signal strength. You can measure that at each device with cell phone or tablet. Do this 1st. May need a wifi extender. Good luck.

@lulululuabourg call Ring customer service. Make sure you get a person in the US, not the Philippines.

How far from your WiFi source are they? That could easily be the issue.

@lulululuabourg you have 3 cameras within 15 feet of your router?

Lots of devices use 2. 4 GHz. Might be getting interference. Might try a different WiFi channel. Or try unplugging other wireless devices. I once had interference from a TV sound bar.

I saw a suggestion the other day about making a guest network specifically for the cameras, that might help?

WiFi doesn't travel well through metal or glass.
