My microphone on my "RIng Doorbell Pro" suddenly stopped working. It doesn't work when watching it live or recorded videos. Regardless if I attempt to hear it on an android or Apple Computer. The video works fine but I have no audio at all. Anyone ever experienced this problem before?

One of mine did that too. I had to buy a new one.

I have had the same issue. Contact Custer support. They replaced mine. I had it for about a year and a half

Yes almost immediately in all my spotlight cams. Ring replaced one when I made a complaint and it happened again soon after we replaced it. I haven’t made another complaint. I feel like what’s the point.
