Is it a pro? Did you upgrade the transformer

Also if they already had a doorbell chime. Did they install the pro kit inside it was well.

That look like a transformer not powerful enough. Sometimes they test “working “ but they still have hard time. These are very cheap and fairly easy to change if you are handy

How old is it? Internal battery is probably knackered. Try temporarily disabling the mechanical/digital chime and hopefully that'll keep it online during button presses for now until you can get it sorted with a replacement.

Mechanical door bells draw a lot of current. The voltage dip resulting knocks it out. A 30va transformer will prevent the Ring Pro from dropping out.

So based on that using a Ring Chime or Chime Pro and disabling the mechanical chime could alleviate the problem? I’m experiencing the same issue with my Ring Pro.

@hooves6 same here. Disable mechanical chime and got a ring chime to replace house bell.

I had the same issue, they replaced mine for free under the protect plus plan. After replacement I had no issues.
