Hi all.  Just new to this ring world.Hi all. Just new to this ring world. I have decent connecting and a Wi-Fi extender. But the app seems to be delayed. -battery is good -rssi is green 41 When I try live view it's delayed to connect if it does at all. If someone rings the bell it takes a while before my phone chimes. Does it matter if your phone is connected to 5g at home and the doorbell is 2. 4? Thanks

If you Android based phone I read that the app goes into sleep mode. I assume IPhone similar to save battery.

Battery operated devices always take longer to load. And are you using the rapid ring app? Its much faster for live view and motion view loading
