Question

I am still working out my security system before I add the monitoring. I have a sensor on my back outside garage door and I keep getting an alert saying the garage door is open. It is definitely not open. Any ideas why I’m getting this error or what I can do to correct it? Also, until I correct the error, can I deselect that door in my mode settings so I can arm without it triggering? Thanks

Are you using the range extender if so move it closer to the direction of the door

@otes342 i just set it up in a room near the garage and it didn’t help, should I put the extender in the garage?

You could also check the battery condition with your phone
