Try contacting her internet provider to reboot modem remotely. That might bring the router or wifi back online.

good luck. Just more that sometimes rebooting modem might also require rebooting router which may require u to do physically all devices including cams to come back online. I've had to do that on occasion.

you might need to go, I don’t think it can be fixed from a cell app.

If WiFi isn’t available at the base station there is absolutely nothing you can accomplish remotely.

I’m not sure what Ring protect is. I have AT&T cell carrier, Comcast internet at my moms house.

Interesting. All of my floodlight and spotlight cams had the same issuse since 12:17pm CT yesterday, though my doorbells, stickup cams, and Ring Alarm are all ok. Weird coincidence.

Morning guys, two quick questions - 1 - can you set a ring burglar alarm to only detect motion on sensors downstairs so you can set it when you go to bed, and then when you walk downstairs and trip the alarm is there a countdown timer where you get to input the code before it gets loud ?
