Question

Hi.  I had to remove and replace the sticky tape behind one of my Contact Sensors (1st gen).Hi. I had to remove and replace the sticky tape behind one of my Contact Sensors (1st gen). It now says it's 'Tampered'. How do I clear or reset it so it is working normally please?

Press and hold the setup button (located on the side of the device) with the battery in, until the LED stops flashing (approximately 10 seconds). Press and hold the Connect Button (located on the side of the device) for 10 seconds until the LED Ring blinks once, then release the button.

@composite , open the bigger side. Around the battery us a small black button. Push and hold to reset.
