Question

My battery ring doorbell doesn’t seem to charge after Being drained to zero. Suggestions?

Make sure the charging cable is still good

Pull it and charge with the cable. Electricity doesn’t flow well in the cold so it’s having a hard time recharging. It may have died down to zero and just didn’t have enough justice to reconnect. It could be sitting out there charged and you just need to reconnect it.

Mine takes 7 hrs. I purposely charge them early enough to replace them before it gets dark.

Don't drain it to zero.
