Question

Notifications have stopped coming from my floodlight camera, but I still get notifications from my other two cameras. . I can’t find any setting that shows notifications are off for that camera. . Am I missing something?

Is that the rapid ring app? I had the same thing and had to delete it

You can send notifications to the Ring App OR the Rapid Ring not both at the same time. However you can use either program to connect to your cameras.

I used to get double notifications from both ring and rapid ring apps, now I just get them for my other two cameras
