I have a SLC with a solar panel and 1 battery. Doesn't show the solar panel and most of the time says no battery in either slot. Get a weekly email from Ring. Works fine so I'm doing nothing. I guess eventually they will figure it out.

Apparently it isn’t set up to recognize the solar panel is attached. Same thing on mine.
