Does my husband need to make his own account on his phone for the ring app? Right now he just signs in with my login. Does he need to make one so I can add him as a shared user or just signing in with my info is ok?

Two of us are logged into the same account. When we had different users we didn't seem to have access to everything.

Correction - You email him a link from the settings section > users. (not account)

@drove you dont want to use that. That's for neighbors. Go to settings and users.

There is a place to invite him in Settings under users. I sent one to my husband and my daughter.

I see many different comments. For me I have one sign in and granted access to two users and they have access to all our ring devices. They receive notifications, alerts etc

A separate account is really best practice. Both should use 2 factor authentication.
