Question

Anyone have access to Google Cameos and post videos through the Cameos app? Videos go directly into the search results instantly and are hosted on Google servers. Wondering if it helps visibility and rankings if you post regularly. Just got access recently and didn’t start posting posting until today. They give you impressions and watch data, but it appears to be delayed. Videos posted through Cameos shows up instantly as “Top Questions Answered” in the SERPs.

It would only work if the brand is a person or has a spokesperson, influencer, or celebrity spokesperson. These are supposed to be "selfie videos" that are posted by that person.

How cool! Do you think they do it for brands too or just public figures and celebrities?

@except they may also do brands, but they generally want people to record selfie videos with it. So not sure if it would “work” with a brand. You could try to log in with the google brand account after you download the cameos app.
