What's your favourite project management software? I'm using the free version of Asana, but wow, does it ever get expensive if you have a team. Looking for something more up and coming, i. e. cheaper for teams, but on the same level as Asana.
What's your favourite project management software?

Monday. com has been a surprisingly great software especially for agency type work.

@cruikshank would love to connect re monday and how you use it. I find myself loving some parts of it and hating other parts

It took our agency probably about a month before the workflow started to come naturally. It is not the easiest platform to get going on. Feel free to send me a PM and I will respond when I’m back home!

Asana is free for a team, only paid if you want extra fields and few features.

Asana is great. It’s what we use. Little hack: just the admins need premium and if your teammates are using a different email address they won’t be charged premium. That’s how we do it. Works like a charm right now.

@cofsky which features are missing?
by (2.8k points)
@bergama not sure exactly, you would have to take a look at their pricing plans, but I do know the timeline feature is missing, I like that one.

@legroom Maybe your team is too big  My boards have around 7-8 users and never had any problem! But I've seen a lot of positive comments on ClickUP so if Trello fail I know where to look at.

Damn. I remember using it at a company years ago. It sure as hell didn't seem easy to setup or administer. They had ~100 people must have been worth it for them

Another vote for ClickUp - have been a long time fan and user of Trello and didn't think we'd switch, but its just better in so many ways. No need to umpteen power ups, pretty does everything we need, its now the CRM too!
