What's the most effective inexpensive software for internal link visualisation? (visualusation being the key - I can crawl with screaming frog, but that doesn't help with visualisation) Sitebulb seems to keep coming up? Just wondering if there's anything else? And when playing with sitebulb just now, I'm not seeing an easy way to find out which direction the link is - maybe I'm missing something obvious. I guess what I'm trying to do is find, on a large site, how effective they are at passing links back to key pages, and the structure of that eg. silo. What would you use for this task? Or do you have any other observations? Eg it's a waste of time, or there's something else you'd do? Or you just wouldn't bother? All thoughts welcome! Thanks!

Not the most useful answer, but I have yet to find a tool that does this for two reasons - Any site of size starts to have a visual that is too intense to read, thus losing the digestability of the visual. This is compounded by the lack of ability to exclude navigation links

Yeah :( I agree with both of those points. I might on a journey with no useful end. and I just have to work it out some other way.

I do this with Enterprise level sites. Sites with millions of pages, even. The trick? Run a crawl of each directory. Then you have a visualization of the internal linking at each directory level. If it is still too much data, you can segment even further.
